About tapping
Do customers need an app?+
No. Most Android phones and iPhones (XS and later) read NFC with the screen unlocked. Every piece also carries a QR code for phones without NFC.
What happens if Google changes its review links?+
Because your tag points to a link we manage rather than straight to Google, we can update every stand at once. You don't need a new stand.
Can a tag send unhappy customers somewhere else?+
No. We don't filter reviews — it breaks Google's rules and can get a business's reviews removed. Every customer sees the same review page.
Can I switch from Basic to Pro later?+
Yes, at any time, and back again. Your tags don't change.
